About Julia

I didn’t set out to become a real estate agent — I earned it the long way.

After graduating from NYU, I spent over 15 years in the corporate world, managing projects, solving complex problems alongside some of the sharpest minds in finance and tech.

When my husband launched a construction and remodeling company, I stepped in, managing budgets, client communications, and timelines. I learned what makes a home work — and what can go wrong.

We also started investing: buying, flipping, building, and selling. Through that, I learned the market from the inside, both as a buyer and a seller, and saw firsthand how an agent can make a transaction smooth — or where things can go off track.

One of my biggest lessons? Thinking I didn’t need an agent. What I thought I saved in commissions, I lost in overpaying for properties, stress, and long-term consequences. So when a client asks, “Do I really need an agent?” I don’t just answer — I empathize, because I’ve been there.

Now that my kids are grown, I bring together corporate discipline, construction experience, investment lessons, and real empathy. Rooted in New Jersey for three decades, I combine local insight with practical expertise to guide my clients.
